Safe to say, when my replacement TV also breaks, I will not be replacing it with a Vizio. Bottomline: If your Vizio breaks, expect for them to replace it once, in 7 to 10 days and give you basically no warranty on the 'new' TV they give you. Seriously? You have just represented to me that this TV is new and there is nothing wrong with it, so shouldn't it also get a 1 year warranty?! This 90 day warranty is terrible customer service and basically letting me know in no uncertain terms that Vizio does not stand behind its products or their quality.Īpparently if you buy a Vizio, you should expect for it to break and to need to use your warranty. (2) In light of my current less than a year old broken TV, I inquired about the warranty on the 'new' TV and was informed I would only get a 90 day warranty. I originally ordered my Vizio on Amazon and got it in 2 days! One would think if Amazon can do it, Vizio can as well. However, that's when fine ended and a very poor customer service policy came to light: (1) I should not expect to receive my new TV for 7 to 10 days. Okay fine, not ideal, but a mostly new TV.
